Job Description:
Javiera Garcia is the Managing Partner for Madison Premiere Realty.
Javiera oversees the day-to-day operations, training, hiring, and company expansion.
Javiera's leadership and commitment to customer service have propelled Madison Premiere Realty
into one of the Peninsula's premier real estate firms.
Experience:
Javiera joined the real estate industry over 10 years ago, although she has been
surrounded by real estate all her life, since she comes from a family of Realtors. Upon obtaining her
license, Javiera worked with her mother, a fellow Realtor, servicing her top clients. Through this
opportunity, Javiera learned quickly how to cater to her clients and provide a high level of service.
She is proud that her clients consider her family. Her experience allows her to service all levels of
customers – from the first time homebuyer to the seasoned real estate investor. Javiera's passion for
real estate and her keen negotiating skills have made her an asset to her clients, agents she mentors,
and other Realtors throughout California. In early 2006, Javiera began sharing her experiences and
skills through trainings conducted through a partnership with Freddie Mac, the California Association
of Realtors, and several Latino associations. She educates other Realtors on how to work with Latino
first-time homebuyers, though her training can be applied to any homebuyer. She is proud and honored
to be one of only 6 Realtors educating and spreading the word about the Latino Homebuyer Initiative.
Education:
In 2005, Javiera received an Executive Master's Degree in Business Administration (EMBA)
from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. Javiera also has a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Political
Science from San Jose State University. Javiera plans to attend law school next year. She is dedicated
to continuing her education and providing the best service to her team and to her clients. She is a firm
believer in education. Javiera is also a Certified Mentor for the 100 Days to Greatness Program, a
training curriculum geared toward agents who wish to develop long-lasting relationships with their
clients.
Community:
In addition to her passion and dedication to real estate, Javiera believes strongly in
supporting youth programs and creating opportunities for our future leaders. She is a board member of
the California School-Age Consortium, a non-profit organization that provides training and advocacy for
after school professionals throughout California. Javiera has been a board member since 2004.
History:
Javiera grew up in San Francisco and attended St. Paul's Elementary and St. Ignatius
College Preparatory. She loves the rich culture and diversity the Bay Area offers. She is a native
of the area and can provide her lifelong expertise on the region's best areas for investment, dining,
and exploring.

Javiera is a member of the California Association of Realtors, the San Francisco
Association of Realtors, the San Mateo Association of Realtors, National Association of Hispanic Real
Estate Agents, National Society of Hispanic MBAs, the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce and the Women's
Council of Realtors.
